These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use mbaprof.in, the MBA Prof Tests student portal at tests.mbaprof.in, or enrol in any MBA Prof program, including test preparation programs (such as CET Basic and CET Plus) and MBA consulting programs. "MBA Prof", "we", "us" and "our" mean MBA Prof, 2nd Floor, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's, Sector 31, Vashi Village, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400703.

By using our website or services, or by enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and belongs to you.

Programs and enrolment

  • Each program page describes what the program includes, its schedule, mode (online or offline) and fee. Those details, as shown when you enrol, form part of your agreement with us.
  • Your enrolment is confirmed only when we have received your details and, for paid programs, the full fee. We will confirm by email, WhatsApp or phone.
  • Offer codes (such as FIRST200) and introductory prices apply as described on the program page at the time you enrol. A code cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another offer unless the page says so.
  • Seats in a batch may be limited. We may decline or cancel an enrolment that uses false details or breaks these Terms.

Fees and payment

  • Fees are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Pay only through the payment methods we share with you directly, or through payment links on our official website. MBA Prof will never ask for your card PIN, UPI PIN or OTP.
  • If a payment fails or is charged twice, contact us and we will refund the extra amount.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Classes, schedules and recordings

  • We publish class and test schedules in advance, but we may change dates, times, faculty or the order of topics when needed. We will tell you about changes as early as we can.
  • If we cancel or postpone a batch before it starts, you can choose a full refund or a seat in the next batch.
  • Live classes may be recorded and made available to enrolled students for a limited period. By attending, you agree that your name, voice, video (if switched on) and chat messages may appear in the recording.
  • Missing a live class does not entitle you to a refund or an extension. Where recordings are available, you can watch the class later.

Student portal accounts

  • We create a portal account for enrolled students and send the login details to your registered email address. You can choose your own password using "Forgot password" on the login page.
  • Your account is for your use only. Do not share your login. If we find an account used by more than one person, we may suspend it without refund.
  • Tell us immediately at info@mbaprof.in if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

Conduct

When you use our services you agree not to:

  • record, download, screenshot, copy, share, sell or publish classes, recordings, tests, questions, solutions or study material;
  • disrupt classes, harass faculty, staff or other students, or post abusive, offensive or unlawful content;
  • try to access parts of our website or portal you are not authorised to use, or interfere with their security or operation;
  • use automated tools to copy content from our website or portal.

We may suspend or end your access without a refund if you break these rules.

Intellectual property

All content on mbaprof.in and in our programs, including classes, recordings, tests, questions, solutions, study material, rankings, articles, logos and designs, belongs to MBA Prof or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own preparation while your enrolment lasts. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

No guarantee of results

MBA Prof provides preparation, guidance and advice. We do not guarantee any score, percentile, rank, shortlist, admission, scholarship, job or salary. Results depend on your own effort, the exam, the number of applicants and decisions by exam bodies and institutes, which are outside our control.

Consulting advice is based on the information you give us and our professional judgement. Final decisions about exams, colleges and careers are yours.

Information on our website

We take care to keep exam dates, eligibility rules, fees, placement figures and other information accurate, but it can change without notice. Always confirm important details with the official exam body or institute before acting on them.

MBA Prof rankings are produced by our research team using the method described with each ranking. They are our opinion, not an official ranking by any government or regulatory body.

Our website links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • MBA Prof is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of opportunity, admission or income;
  • we are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages, device problems, third-party platforms (such as Zoom or WhatsApp) or events outside our reasonable control;
  • our total liability to you for any claim related to a program is limited to the fee you paid for that program.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under Indian consumer protection law.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate MBA Prof for any loss or claim that arises because you broke these Terms or misused our content or services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a program you have already paid for, except where the law requires it or we tell you in advance.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If it cannot be resolved, the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction.
