Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid MBA Prof programs: test preparation programs (such as CET Plus) and MBA consulting programs. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

The short version

  • Cancel before your batch or first session starts: you get a full refund.
  • After your batch or first session has started: no refund.

Test preparation programs

  • You can cancel and receive a full refund of the fee you paid if we receive your request before the batch start date shown when you enrolled.
  • Once the batch has started, fees are not refundable, whether or not you have attended classes, logged in to the portal or taken any tests.

MBA consulting programs

  • You can cancel and receive a full refund of the fee you paid if we receive your request before your first consulting session takes place.
  • Once the first session has taken place, fees are not refundable, including for sessions you have not yet used.

Free programs

Programs that are free (for example CET Basic with code FIRST200) involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

When we cancel or change a program

  • If MBA Prof cancels a batch or postpones its start, you can choose a full refund or a seat in the next available batch.
  • If we cannot deliver a consulting program you have paid for, we will refund the fee for the sessions not delivered.

Situations not covered

After the batch or first session has started, we do not give refunds for:

  • missed classes, tests or sessions;
  • a change of plans, exam or target college;
  • your exam result, percentile or admission outcome;
  • problems with your own device, internet connection or schedule;
  • access removed because of a breach of our Terms & Conditions, such as sharing your login or our content.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you are charged twice, or money is deducted but your enrolment is not confirmed, we will refund the extra or unconfirmed amount in full, whenever you tell us.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@mbaprof.in or WhatsApp +91 82911 81713 from your registered email or number with:

  1. your full name and registered phone number;
  2. the program and batch you enrolled in;
  3. the payment date, amount and transaction reference.

The date we receive your message counts as the date of your request.

How long it takes

We will confirm whether your refund is approved within 3 working days of your request. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the amount in your account.
