Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run MBA Prof, and only as much as they need to do that work for us:
- CRM and lead management: Kylas, to record enquiries and manage follow-up.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual commitments to protect it, and we will follow any restrictions the Government of India places on such transfers.
We may also disclose personal data when the law requires it, to respond to a valid request from a court or government authority, or to protect the rights, safety or property of MBA Prof, our students or others.
We never share your details with B-schools or other third parties for their own marketing without your explicit consent.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to:
- remember basic preferences;
- count visits and see which pages are used (Google Analytics);
- measure whether our ads lead to enquiries and show relevant ads on other sites (for example Google Ads).
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work, but we will not be able to measure your visit. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and manage ad personalisation in your Google ad settings.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and leads: up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Student accounts, test records and consulting files: for as long as you are enrolled, and up to 3 years after your program ends, so you can return to your results and we can answer questions about your enrolment.
- Class recordings: for as long as the batch's recordings are available to students, usually until the related exam season ends.
- Payment and invoice records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require, currently up to 8 years.
When we no longer need data, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
We use reasonable security practices to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our systems, and limiting access to team members who need it. No system is completely secure; if a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

You have the right to:

- Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect processing already carried out, and we may not be able to continue a program that depends on that data.
- Opt out of marketing by replying "STOP" to our WhatsApp messages, using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or writing to us.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.
- Raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Students under 18
Our programs are meant for graduates, final-year students and working professionals. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must register on your behalf and give consent for us to process your data.
